Momentum Dance Company was founded in 1998, by Jacquelyn Ralls Forcher, to be a venue for local Ballet dancers to perform. Momentum was incorporated in December 2004 to be a 501 (c) (3) non-profit regional Dance Company. Momentum Dance Company has sucessfully produced (2) two show per year since 2005, performing at the Irving Arts Center. Momentum has had many acclaimed Guest Artists, Choregraphers and Dance Companies perform or show work in its productions. Momentum Dance Company is proud that in 2009 it became a founding Organization of the Irving Arts Center.
