OPEN AUDITIONS FOR THE WIZARD OF OZ
Momentum Dance Company will host open auditions for our all-new production of The Wizard of Oz
on Saturday, January 11 at Baila Irving Performing Arts Academy (2329 W. Rochelle Rd, Irving).
The performances are April 10-12, 2025 in the Irving Arts Center’s Dupree Theater.
Rehearsals are Saturday and Sunday afternoons at Baila Irving Performing Arts Academy.
Register here. There is a $25/dancer audition fee.
Audition groups:
– 11:00am – 12:30pm: Int/Adv ballet dancers
Please wear flat ballet shoes for barre.
Dancers who intend to audition for a pointe role should wear pointe shoes for center work.
– 12:45pm – 2:00pm: Ballet III, Ballet IV, and Beg/Int Adult dancers
– 2:15pm – 3:15pm: Beg Ballet, Ballet I, and Ballet II dancers
